Kenyan government losing billions in tax

A journalist, who attended a Relay workshop, has had his article published on tax issues on the Safari Africa website this week. Relay’s Media and Researcher training on tax and governance issues was held last week in Lake Naivasha. The purpose of the training was to bring researchers and journalists together to discuss how to strengthen media coverage tax and governance issues.

The article, “How Govt is losing billions in taxes”, was written by the journalist Kenneth Kigunda. The article discusses the issues of multi-national corporations working in Kenya and the implications on the country’s tax revenue.
